Jim Fletcher's combined experience in business and commercial real estate leads him to approach property transactions from multiple angles, while identifying the best solutions to meet a client's investment goals.
Through his affiliation with KW Commercial, Jim provides an extensive network that reaches worldwide. He has earned the Global Property Specialist (GPS) designation, allowing him to provide the best counsel for international buyers in the North Carolina Triangle area.
Since 2008, Mr. Fletcher has been advising property investors, locally and internationally, on how to navigate the commercial property market in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Triangle.
A long-time resident and business owner in North Carolina, Jim previously owned a catering business for 15 years, was the Associate Publisher for the local volunteer fire department magazine and was the GM of a local television network in Greensboro.
